The Zendo
This is the meditation center of the site. Below you will find a link to the meditation assistant, a Shockwave program that will keep track of time for you as well as ringing bells and hitting clappers. The program contains preset meditations ranging from five minutes to one and a half hours. There is also an interface that allows you to create your own custom meditation and save it for your next visit.
The download size is relatively small at 137k and only requires that you have the Flash/Shockwave plug-in on your computer. If you do not have the plug-in you will be prompted to download it.
