Let guests in. Keep the rest to yourself.

Send a link and they can control the guest room, the living room and the kitchen. Not your cameras, and not the rest of your Home Assistant or Homey setup.

They arrive. You send a link.

No app tour. No walk round the house pointing at switches. They tap the link and Zendo opens on a floorplan of the rooms they're in. They know where the kitchen is, because they're standing in it.

1
Send the link

Create a link and it works for everyone you send it to.

2
They open it

Nothing to set up on their side, just tap the link and they're in.

3
They tap a room

Lights, blinds and music. The things a guest actually needs.

You choose what guests can see.

Family Sharing sets this per accessory. Show it to everyone, show it only to the people you pick, or hide it from them. Guests are one group, so you set it up once and it holds for whoever turns up.

Cameras are handled one at a time, so the camera in the nursery stays yours while the one on the driveway is shared. The whole recent activity feed has its own switch.

Guests get a simpler app as well. No climate monitoring, no energy, no battery or offline lists. You still see everything.

When they go, so does their access.

Delete their device and the app on that device stops working straight away.

Invitation links expire on their own after 30 days, and you can cancel one whenever you like. A link forwarded to the wrong group chat isn't something you have to worry about.

Changed your mind halfway through the stay? Access is set per accessory, and it takes effect as soon as you save.

Holiday lets and short stays

Every booking sees the same thing.

Guests share one set of rules, so you set the property up once and every arrival gets the same rooms, the same lights, the same blinds. Nothing to redo between bookings.

One link covers a whole party, and a fresh one takes seconds once the old one expires.

A wall-mounted tablet in the hallway skips the app entirely. Kiosk Mode keeps it awake and showing the floorplan, so someone who has just walked in with two suitcases can find the lights without downloading anything.

Questions people ask first

No. They open the invitation link and they're in. On Homey, Zendo can sign invited people in for them, which helps when a guest has no Homey account.

Only the ones you share. Cameras are set one at a time, and the recent activity feed has a switch of its own. Sensors follow the same rules.

No. Guests connect remotely by default. There's no need for them to connect to a specific wifi network, the app just works.
